Charlotte embarked on her journey with Belle Maison Realty in 2017, initially serving as the personal assistant to Ludovic, the Owner and Principal.

In this role, she absorbed valuable insights into the intricacies of running a successful business. Eager to expand her expertise, Charlotte obtained her full real estate license, immersing herself in various facets of the industry, from reception duties to property management, accounts, administration, and office management.

Transitioning to the position of Property Manager Assistant in 2019, Charlotte refined her organisational skills and deepened her understanding of real estate operations.

In 2023, Charlotte embarked on a transformative journey, taking a leave of absence to explore the diverse landscapes of Australia aboard a Toyota Coaster bus. Upon her return, she assumed the responsibilities of an stepping up to senior Property manager.

Charlotte’s multifaceted experience equips her with a holistic understanding of business organisation, and she is driven to contribute to the growth and expansion of Belle Maison Realty.
